While it can be a bit buggy at times, it offers far more control over menu design and functionality when compared to the DVD building that is included with Final Cut Pro X, which we use for the majority of our video editing. The library files like templates and presets will not be automatically installed with Encore, but you can get them by following the instructions HERE.Īdobe Encore is a powerful tool and we really love to use it for DVD authoring. It installs an Encore library and styles (and some other content for Premiere), but that library consists of only a few templates, and not the full library with buttons, etc. The functional content install you describe having is step one. Just remember Adobe Dynamic Link won’t work between Premiere CC and Encore CS6. There are 2 different library download/install issues. Feel free to uninstall Premiere CS6 at this time if you just want Encore.
